According to the Heartland Association of Realtors statistics, CJ Hamel is ranked as the #1 REALTOR in Highlands County for the highest volume of closed residential sales for 2011.

CJ Hamel began her real estate career in Asheville, N.C. in 1999 with Prudential Asheville Realty and enjoyed immediate success in the business. Mrs. Hamel moved back to South Florida in 2002 and managed Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach County. She relocated to Sebring in 2004 where she received her Florida license and joined RE/MAX Realty Plus of Sebring.

CJ Hamel has consistently been in the top 1% of residential REALTORS for both listing and selling homes in our county. CJ has been featured in Florida REALTOR magazine, she has been voted by her peers as Realtor of the Year in 2009, and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in five short years, an award held by only 16% of RE/MAX REALTORS worldwide for above average performance. She continually strives to further her real estate education and holds the designation of SFR (short sale, foreclosure & REO), CDPE ( certified distressed property expert), and CRS (certified residential specialist).
