EXPERIENCE

I have been in sales, marketing and management since 1970.  I began my real estate career in 1998 in Asheville, NC as an office manager for Prudential Real Estate.  I received my license in January of 1999 and continued with Prudential Asheville Realty as a sales associate specializing in not only land and acreage sales but also as a residential specialist.  I was promoted to the Relocation Department as well and assisted all newcomers to that area in all aspects of relocating and most importantly in finding their special home.

My love of people and dedication to my profession granted me the position of top sales associate and top listing agent in the PRUDENTIAL-ASHEVILLE office after only 8 months in the profession.

I moved back to my home in Palm Beach County, Florida in 2001 where I continued my real estate career with the renowned Illustrated Properties until I discovered Sebring in the summer of 2003.  My husband & I decided to purchase land as well as a home in Orange Blossom Country Club.  I have studied our surrounding communities daily since January of 2004.  I love Highlands County and the opportunities that it offers. After interviewing with all the major real estate offices in Highlands County, I selected  RE/MAX Realty PLUS to hang my hat and I am very proud to be part of the most successful team of top real estate professionals in our area.

I have been recognized among the top 1% of all agents in Highlands County and am proud to be a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club & the RE/MAX 100% Club representing a distinguished real estate professional with above standard earnings.

In 2008, I was in the top 1% of all agent in Highlands County for highest volume of closed sales according to our Board of Realtors and MLS statistics, closing over $10 million worth of homes, condos and other  properties.

As a part of my commitment to give back to our community, I am also a sponsor of Children’s Miracle Network and a portion of all of my proceeds from the sale of your home, land or business is donated to the All Children’s Hospital, a member of our local Miracle Network, in St. Petersburg, Florida.
